Landon DeCrastos
Lead Pastor
Pastor Landon is a husband (wife-Kara), father of 2 beautiful children (Josiah and Lynae), and a passionate follower of Christ. He loves to spend time with his family, preach, and enjoy nature. Landon's desire is that people see Christ in him, and that they are compelled to follow God with everything they are. At heart, Landon is a teacher and wants to see people fall in love with scripture. Landon earned his Masters of Christian Ministry from Anderson University, and a Masters of Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Margie Vandergraff
Brookside PAC Pastor
Margie is a wife to her husband, Carl, a mother to three adult children, and a grandmother to six grandchildren. After working in hospice for ten years, Margie retired in 2022 and is loving the life of retirement. Margie's greatest goal in life is to love God and others in a way that they will see Christ through her. In her free time she enjoys a wide variety of crafts, genealogy, and her fur babies, Chloe and Molly.
Jess Hodge
Associate Pastor to Youth and Outreach
Jess Hodge has been married to her terrific husband, Riley, since 2015. She is a mother of 4, plus 2 bonus sons, and grandma of 3. Jess has a passion for joining teens on their journeys, as they pursue their God-given roles and become equipped to take on His work. She is the co-director of the Fishers Community Chorus and enjoys playing board games and watching movies with her family. As a CCHW, she works in mental health and social work, heading up FPCC's Starting Point ministry to provide furniture and housewares to people starting over. Jess also likes to read and cook, when she's not singing or playing piano. She passionately pursues the heart of God in advocacy and support for domestic abuse survivors.
Teresa Carter
Children's Director
Teresa Carter has been married to her husband, James, for 42 years, has 4 beautiful daughters and 2 wonderful grandchildren. She enjoys gardening, all kinds of crafts and working with children. Teresa has worked with children for 35 years and is passionate about creating a fun and engaging environment where children can learn and grow in their faith. She believes in fostering a love for Jesus by bringing the bible to life through stories, crafts and games.
